Everyday Life in London

This week I’m working in London. Our office is close to all the major sights in London. Big Ben, Trafalgar Square, Buckingham Palace, National Gallery…As I walk around during lunch or coming and going from the tube I can’t believe that people actually pass these sights everyday. It’s just their life. And although I try not to take it for granted I can see how Londoners possibly only glance at Tower Bridge once a week. They’re focused on work, making dinner, long commutes, paying the bills, going out with friends…living life in a city that rushes like a river. And if you don’t literally jump into the flow of humanity running by (or yield to the left) you will get knocked around and possibly run over.

  1. I see what you did there with the Quark + Trafalgar Square = Trafalgar Squark…
You DID totally mean to do that, right?
Did you eat at an Indian cantina?
