Our jetset to Paris was a whirlwind. A long weekend is not enough time to experience this beautiful  city. Especially when you don’t bring sneakers (cuz it’s Paris folks) and you have to drag your tightening hamstrings and cracked feet along miles of cobblestone. BUT a weekend will give you a delicious taste of croissants and slow cooked lamb served with a potato cake and bottle of wine.  The 15+ hours on the street fills your camera with beautiful memories to be revisited and relived at a future date.  I WILL go back to this city of love.
For the record we had fabulous service in all shops and restaurants in Paris. Everyone tried speaking English with us and if that failed hand gestures did the trick. Our crisp Euros may have contributed to the experience.
